State Locator and Identifier

One is more than what one does to make money, ones profession or trade, ones means of existence. One is more than one’s age, race, gender, or any other things one could declare on a form with a marked off box. In fact, the more one locates and identifies oneself with the means significance accepted and often demanded by the State, the more insignificant one becomes.

When they are construed as personal identities, means of existence play key roles in so many of the worst forms of violence and oppression in modern societies.
